As we've been building this aspect of the H2V site (the ability to link a video in the "Show & Tell" section) it's always been a little confusing to me. I mean I understand it, but will others understand that they first need to upload their videos to someplace like YouTube or Vimeo and THEN post the link here so that we can see it on this site.
I'm thinking that perhaps we need to think through this a little more and a perhaps add a little information someplace at the top of the "Show & Tell" page. some instruction that says something like "first upload your video to the internet using services like YouTube, FaceBook, Vimeo, etc... and then link your video the H2V site by clicking on the "Add Video" button. Or maybe when you click the "Add Video" button then you learn that you first upload your video (or something like that).
There will be people who are not really video producers and who don't normally do this sort of thing (perhpas more people than less because we're targeting missionaries who normally don't produce videos) who will become befuddled here when they try to upload their video. They'll be looking for the UPLOAD button. Our site doesn't provide that. So we should give them so clear expectations so they don't get confused.
